• sperm concentration

  Sperm pre-treatment:After semen washing,the specimen was fixed with Methanol/glacial acetic acid（3:1）,and to dilute the sperm concentration to 20×106/ml, then drop on the slide to air dry.

  2、精子预处理:精液预处理后用甲醇/冰醋酸（3:1）固定液调制精子浓度至20×106/ml,后滴片,使精子均匀分布于玻片并风干。
