Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the elderly with type 2 diabetes self-management, self-care awareness, improve treatment compliance, effective control of blood sugar levels.

Conclusion: nursing intervention can improve the self control ability of patients with diabetes as well as decrease the recurrence rate.
