细致平衡
细致平衡，严格的热动平衡，即难以实现的微观可逆平衡状态。在高温气态等离子体中，原子、离子、电子均以很高的速度在运动着，彼此不断地互相碰撞。根据微观可逆性原理，当一个化学反应达到平衡时，这个化学反应包含的每一个基元反应都要和他的逆反应达到平衡，这就是细致平衡原理。根据细致平衡原理，循环反应要达到平衡，只能是每一个基元反应和他的逆反应达到对行反应，而循环平衡是不允许的，即循环反应的平衡是由三个对行反应的平衡构成。
