继续犯
继续犯也叫持续犯，是指作用于同一对象的一个犯罪行为从着手实行到行为终了犯罪行为与不法状态在一定时间内同时处于继续状态的犯罪。例如，刑法第238条规定的非法拘禁罪，从行为人非法地把他人拘禁起来的时候开始，一直到恢复他人的人身自由的时候为止，这一非法拘禁的行为处于持续不断的状态。继续犯也叫持续犯，是指行为从着手实行到由于某种原因终止以前一直处于持续状态的犯罪。
