耳膜穿孔
耳膜又称鼓膜。在听觉的传导功能上占有很重要的角色，能带动中耳内听小骨的振动，耳膜另外一项很重要的功能就是对噪音有防护作用。若耳膜穿孔，噪音会直接经由圆窗或卵圆窗传到内耳，容易对听觉细胞造成不可逆的伤害，耳膜穿孔的小大与听力丧失的程度有关，若为单侧性的耳膜穿孔。由于只有单边的听力障碍，叫顶多对音源方向性的辨别较差外，并未对日常生活造成太多的不便，因此许多患者往往会对耳膜穿孔性中耳炎掉以轻心。
