Objective: To increase differential diagnosis of the nodes of hepatic alveolar hydatidosis and hepatic cancer.

Methods Cured hepatocellular carcinoma 31 cases by percutaneous ethanol injection under B-ultrasonic guidance, 64 nodes of hepatocellular carcinoma, amounted to 272 times.

Results Compared with dynamic CT, 93.9% (31/33) of tumors before treatment were demonstrated as enhancement on both intermittent harmonic power Doppler imaging and gray-scale harmonic subtraction.
