Objective:To observe the effects of Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and relieve side effects by some nursing measures.

Conclusions it is very important for improving the quality of life of the patients with terminal NSCLC and received Alimta to perform nursing intervention in time.
