Old pulmonary tuberculosis was present in all patients, and fresh tuberculous lesions in 8 patients. Pleural lesion was noted in 15 cases.

Results: There were differences in lesion shape, density, boundary, change around the lesion and mediastinum hilus of lung between atypical tuberculosis and lung cancer.

We considered four major pathological groups: infectious disease , pneumonophthisis , primitive neoplasms and metastases.
