胆管结石
胆管结石是临床胆石症的一种，根据结石所在部位，分为肝外胆管结石和肝内胆管结石。位于胆总管下端的结石称为肝外胆管结石；而分布于肝叶内胆管的结石称为肝内胆管结石。此外，将胆管内形成的结石统称为原发性胆管结石，而胆囊结石因为各种原因排至胆总管者称为继发性胆管结石。临床上最常见的症状是上腹部疼痛，可呈胀痛或是绞痛，部分患者伴有发热。肝管梗阻时，可出的黄疸。
