脱氧剂
脱氧剂又名去氧剂、吸氧剂，是可吸收氧气、减缓食品氧化作用的添加剂，是目前食品保藏中正在采用的新产品。它是一组易与游离氧或溶解氧起反应的化学混合物，把它装在有一定透气度和强度的密封纸袋中，如同干燥剂袋那样，在食品袋中和食品一起密封包装，能除去袋中残留在空气中的氧，防止食品因氧化变色、变质和油脂酸败，也对霉菌、好氧细菌和粮食害虫的生长有抑制作用。目前脱氧剂不但用来保持食品品质，而且也用于谷物、饲料、药品、衣料、皮毛、精密仪器等类物品的保存、防锈等。
