脾胃虚寒
脾胃虚寒，为中医名词术语。是指脾胃阳气虚衰，阴寒内盛所表现的证候。包括脾阳虚和胃阳虚（亦有认为单指脾阳虚），多因饮食失调、过食生冷、劳倦过度、或久病或忧思伤脾等所致。脾阳虚证可见纳呆腹胀、脘腹痛而喜温喜按、口淡不渴、四肢不温、大便稀溏、或四肢浮肿、畏寒喜暖、小便清长或不利、妇女白带清稀而多，舌淡胖嫩，舌苔白润，脉沉迟等。胃阳虚常因天气变冷、感寒食冷品而引发疼痛，疼痛时伴有胃部寒凉感，得温症状减轻。胃痛隐隐，绵绵不休，冷痛不适，喜温喜按，空腹痛甚，得食则缓，劳累或食冷或受凉后疼痛发作或加重，泛吐清水，食少，神疲乏力，手足不温，大便溏薄，舌淡苔白，脉虚弱。胃阳虚证以胃失和降症状及阳虚证表现为辨证要点，脾阳虚证则以脾虚失运见症和虚寒证表现为辨证要点。
