Hernia Lumber Disc refers to a group of symptoms and body signs caused by pressure and stimulation to spinal marrow or nerve root due to fibrous ring rupture and pulpiform nucleus protrusion.

Objective to discuss the reasons and managements of the "setback" of the symptoms and signs in lumbar disc herniation patients after the treatment with medical ozone.

Conclusions: Incision of the sheath of Schwann of lumbar spinal nerve root could alleviate the symptom of numbness in foot or toe in the patients with lumbar disc protrusion.
