《马克思·佩恩3》（Max Payne 3）是一款已推出的游戏，系列《马克思·佩恩》的续作。游戏由Rockstar Games发行，并推出Windows、Xbox 360以及PlayStation 3三个版本；开发方面则由Rockstar Games旗下之工作室：Rockstar Vancouver、Rockstar New England、Rockstar North、Rockstar London 和 Rockstar Toronto 负责。 此作是系列中第一款非Remedy Entertainment开发，以及非由山姆·莱克负责编剧的一作；而因协助《侠盗猎车手系列》和《荒野大镖客：救赎》编剧而知名的Dan Houser则取代山姆·莱克的工作。
