Chirality is one of the most important factors which must be considered in the study of the structure-activity relationship of radiopharmaceuticals.

Therefore, the researches on structure-activity relationship and dose-effect relationship should be undertaken for its proper utilization in pharmacognosy.

The results indicated that the performance of the neural tree method is effective, and therefore it might referred as an assistant technique for analysis of structure-activity relationship of drugs.
