OBJECTIVE to develope and characterize psoralen loaded PLGA nanoparticles for topical formulation, with the final goal of reducing the toxicity and improving the efficacy of PUVA therapy.

CONCLUSION Psoralen loaded PLGA nanospartilcles might be a promising transdermal delivery system in order to improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects in the PUVA therapy.
