貉（学名：Nyctereutes procyonoides）体型较小，小于犬、狐。躯体肥壮，吻尖，四肢短，尾粗而短。毛色乌棕，具黑褐色大块脸斑及界限不清晰的黑色背纹，四肢乌褐。头骨眶下孔后缘至吻端的距离大于左右颊齿列间的跨度。颚部后缘超出颊齿列最末端水平线。下颌骨具“亚角突”。下颌臼齿三枚，第一下臼齿具下内尖。
