贫铀也称为贫化铀或耗乏铀或衰变铀等等，英文简写为DU，是一种主要由铀-238构成的物质，为核燃料制程中的的副产物，故也是一种核废料。它的密度为19.1克/立方厘米，是钢密度的2.4倍，与钨相近。纯贫铀的硬度和强度都不高，必须添加别的成分再经过热处理制成贫铀合金。
