超细纤维合成革
头层牛皮，是牛身上的皮，表面有原始的皮肤特征，头层皮又要按等级区别，最好的是全粒面皮（也称为全粒面革，韩译名：纳帕皮），再其次是修面皮，再其次是软面皮，最次的就是碎皮，官方术语：牛皮革。二层牛皮，也称为带牛皮纤维的人造革，官方术语：超细纤维合成革。是由头层牛皮的边角料打碎按比例加入锦纶超细纤维和聚氨酯两部分构成树脂制成皮浆后，用机械压延的方法做成一张张的“皮胚”，再经涂饰或经过湿法或干法覆合上PU 薄膜加工而成。
