By means of recorded vehicle flow data of each crossing of Jingshi Road in Jinan, prediction models are feasibly constructed.

Through field monitoring, the variation laws of road traffic flow, vehicle speed and vehicle type are analyzed, as well as the relationship between road noise and traffic condition.

The experiment results proved the algorithm achieves good performance, provided accurate traffic volume data for the FHWA model.
