速溶茶：速溶茶是一种粉末混合物，加水后可以重新制成一杯茶。最早的速溶茶形式于1885年在英国开发出来。该专利授予了一种由浓缩茶提取物、糖和蒸发牛奶制成的糊状物，加热水后变成茶。然而，直到喷雾干燥技术出现，才能以不损害产品风味的温度将茶浓缩物干燥。
