Through the collection, trim, iteration and calculation of the real road loading on the engine supporting, this paper describes the study on the spacial road spectrum used on rig test.

The iteration result coincide with the road test very well prove that real road load is reproduced on test rig.

Tests show that the loading scheme can rather accurately simulate the actual loads exerting on a vehicle and hence can relatively exactly evaluate the comprehensive performance of drive axle.
