Recent great technical progresses in ion_exchange technology of tungsten metallurgy in China are reviewed.

The status and problems remained in Chinese tungsten smelting industry are related, and some proposals are put forward.

Domestic tungsten industry actuality, which covers mine exploitation, smelting, and exportation was analyzed in the article first.
