According to the phase of reform,the paper raised the price differential strategy and channel differentiation strategy,in addition to a promotion strategies for Fuyang Telecom. At last,the paper proposes some recommendations guarantee measures for differentiated marketing strategy.
本文重点在对阜阳分公司客户群进行细分的基础上,提出了针对不同消费者的经济型业务、娱乐型业务、商务型业务、转变型业务等产品差异化策略,按照重组后的阶段划分提出了阜阳电信的产品、价格、渠道及促销差异化策略,此外还提出了阜阳电信的促销策略,并提出了实施差异化营销策略的相关建议和保障措施。
