  The two control groups were injected with normal saline instead. The vaginal smears were examined and the weights of body, uterus and ovary were measured; the serum LH concentrations were measured by Chemiluminescence.

  对实验1组和实验2组大鼠皮下一次注射300μg达那唑以诱导真性性早熟,同时予以对照1组及对照2组大鼠皮下注射等体积生理盐水;检查各组大鼠阴道涂片、体质量和子宫、卵巢质量及用化学发光法测血清中黄体生成素(LH)浓度,通过以上指标判定各组大鼠是否进入青春期及达到性成熟;半定量RT-PCR法检测各大鼠下丘脑中GnRHmRNA及GPR54mRNA的表达水平。
