舍利弗，如我今者，称扬诸佛赞叹阿弥陀佛，不可思议佛土功德。
Shariputra, just as I now glorify and praise the inconceivable merits and virtues of Buddha Land of Amitabha Buddha.

阿弥陀佛自诩：“众生念我佛号一声，可以灭八十亿劫生死之罪，得八十亿劫微妙功德。”
Amitabha vows that "All sentient beings that intone my Buddha epithet will eradicate their crimes of eight billion eons and acquire merits of eight billion eons."
