附加税
附加税是“正税”的对称。随正税加征的税。旧中国的附加税，名目繁多，仅国民党时期的盐税就有中央附加、地方附加、外债附加、建设专款等，附加税额苛重往往超过正税的几倍乃至二十余倍。新中国成立后，废除了国民党的种种附加税，仅保留了少量的附加归地方支配，属于预算外收入，用于地方公益事业。如农业税附加、外国企业所得税附加等，附加比例都比较低。
