露点仪是能直接测出露点温度的仪器。使一个镜面处在样品湿空气中降温，直到镜面上隐现露滴（或冰晶）的瞬间，测出镜面平均温度，即为露点（霜）温度。它测湿精度高，但需光洁度很高的镜面，精度很高的温控系统，以及灵敏度很高的露滴（冰晶）的光学探测系统。使用时必须使吸入样本空气的管道保持清洁，否则管道内的杂质将吸收或放出水分造成测量误差。
