CONCLUSION: by adding latanoprost can effectively control IOP in patients whose IOP was uncontrolled by decreases IOP drugs and prevent glaucoma from further damaging the visual function.

AIM: To investigate the therapeutic value of domestic brimonidine in treating patients with primary open Angle glaucoma (POAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT).

CONCLUSION: brimonidine made domestically is effective and safe in reducing IOP of POAG and OHT, possessing equivalent efficacy with brimonidine imported.
