Non-Motor Vehicles Access Prohibited.

非机动车不得驶入机动车道。不得驶入高速公路、高架道路、越江隧道和越江桥梁等禁止非机动车通行的区域。
Non-motorized vehicle is not allowed to drive on the motorized vehicle roadways, as well as high-ways, elevated roads or crossriver tunnels and bridges.
