This thesis introduced Function Point into the measurement of the work performed, and constructed the amendatory earned value method for software project based on Function Point.

C. Crashing is only a viable alternative if earned value analysis indicates that the project is ahead of schedule and under budget.

It's brought forward an EVM evaluation method with critical path to hold the project progress well through comparing with BCWP and BCWS also with BCWP CP and BCWS CP in critical path at the same time.
