飞毛腿导弹(Scud)是一个已经被大众接受了的词汇，指苏联在冷战时期开发并被广泛出口的一系列的战术弹道导弹。这个名称是从北约代号为SS-1飞毛腿得来的，是西方的情报局将"飞毛腿"这个词与一种导弹联系起来的。这种导弹的俄国名字是R-11 （第一个版本）和 R-300 Elbrus （后来的一个版本）。飞毛腿这个名字被媒体等不止用做这两种导弹，而且还指别的国家根据苏联原型广泛发展的许多种导弹。偶然地，在美国，飞毛腿被泛指为任何国家的不是从西方原型发展出来的弹道导弹。
