If any information submitted by a supplier does not contain all mandatory information items, HKPC will not publish such information on the Web Site.

Whenever HKPC discovers under any circumstances that any product information published on the Web Site is incorrect, HKPC will remove such information from the Web Site.

Whenever there is change to the product information submitted by a supplier, the supplier shall immediately inform HKPC of the change for HKPC to update the information published on the Web Site.
