香菇扒菜胆 :Braised Vegetable with Black Mushrooms 【材料】: 菜心,新鲜香菇,蚝油2大勺,盐适量,香油1/2大勺,菜油适量,高汤3大勺,生粉少许 【做法】: 1.锅内放菜油适量,烧热,下菜心和香菇翻炒至熟,加少许盐,起锅装盘。 2.锅内下高汤3大勺左右,小火烧开把蚝油和香油加入,搅拌均匀用少许生粉勾薄芡即可出锅,淋在菜心和香菇上即可。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 方法二: 原料:香菇片 油菜心 调料:盐 味精鸡汁胡椒粉 料酒 葱姜末 操作过程: 1:将油菜心和香菇 分别入沸水煮透,投凉。 2:炒锅放少许油,烧热,放入葱姜末 即上述调料,倒入高汤。 3:将香菇片 和油菜心放入 烧透 入味,加入少许水淀粉炒匀,即可。 特点:清香可口
