骨结核
结核病大多发生于肺部，但也可发生于人体任何器官。约50%骨结核患者合并肺结核，结核菌核首先发生在肺部，在肺部感染后，通过血液的传播可以到全身很多系统去，可以导致骨骼系统结核、泌尿系统结核、消化系统结核等。这种情况下，骨结核不是单纯的病变，是全身疾病在局部的表现。骨结核患者也可以没有肺结核病史，属于结核菌的隐匿性感染。
