从苍蝇得到启发的一种发明。黏性是非常复杂的事，与好几个因素有关。但基本原理是，两个表面靠得非常近时，会互相粘黏，这是因为任何一对原子或分子之间，都有吸引力。有一种更好的黏着剂，可以把东西牢牢黏起。这种黏着剂的分子很小，很容易流动，可以覆盖住整个要黏着的面积，之后经过化学作用，分子间相连接成巨分子或聚合物。AB胶与瞬间胶就是以这种方式作用的。
