Russia's Ground Forces will start taking delivery of new Tornado-G multiple rocket launching systems (MRLS), replacing the current Grad systems, Army spokesman Lt. Col. Sergei Vlasov said on Monday.

Oklahoma officials say the current warning system provided enough time to prepare before the tornado hit. But many people lost everything they owned.

Forecasters say the storm system will push east, bringing an increased risk of tornadoes Tuesday to parts of Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.
