出口收汇，是指企业在货物出口后的一定期限内向当地外汇管理部门办理收汇核销，证实该笔出口价款已经收回或按规定使用。出口收汇制度是国家在1991年1月1日起建立的，对企业出口、报关、收汇整个过程实行跟踪的监测管理制度。整个过程以核销单为主线。
