收益分配亦称“收入分配”。农村合作经济组织将全年纯收入在国家、集体和农民个人之间进行的分配。有货币金额的总分配和农产品实物分配两种形式。过去我国农村实行基本核算单位收益分配制度。其分配程序是： 第一步，将总收入减去总支出求出纯收入。第二步，将纯收入分配为以下三部分： (1)国家税收； (2) 集体提留，包括公积金、公益金、生产基金、储备粮基金等；(3) 农民个人所得。第三步，将农民个人所得按各农户参加分配的工分数分配到各农户。第四步，组织分配兑现，在全面实行家庭承包经营后，农村经济的收益分配主要是一个算帐问题。
