船舶证书，是指出船舶应配备的证明船舶所有权及其技术营运性能的各种文件的统称。包括法定证书和其他一些证书，如船舶国籍证书、船舶登记证书、船舶人级证书、油污损害民事责任保险或其他财务保证证书、除鼠证书或免予除鼠证书、船舶卫生证书、船舶最低安全配员证书、气胀救生筏检验证书、二氧化碳装置检验证明及称重记录、可燃气体清除证书、船舶装载危险货物准单、危险货物监装证书、船舶出口许可证、船舶安全检査记录簿、油类记录簿、船舶垃圾记录簿等。
