We find that it can obtain deeper layer with lower density, shorter time and longer time. In the experiment, we have obtained deepest boronizing layer with the parameters of compact density 6.4g/cm3, heaing temperature 11500C and holding time 4 hours.
本文通过广泛的烧结渗硼试验,对压坯密度、烧结温度、保温时间三个参数的考察,发现密度为6.4g/cm3的Fe-2Cu-0.4C粉末压坯,经11500C烧结,保温4小时渗硼处理可得到最厚的渗硼层。
