While Exa Corp. had a five-minute delay on its opening, such gaps are common, and neither stock encountered the kind of trading glitches that plagued Facebook's initial public offering.
The findings, detailed in a report released Thursday titled "Breast Cancer Mortality Report: Closing the Gaps in Eight Communities" suggests that these communities have certain common barriers to screening and treatment.
That means that millions of American people will remain vulnerable to some of the same regulatory gaps that helped to create the financial crisis, and they will lack basic common-sense protections of the sort I mentioned at the top.
