abstract:Bluff Island is a small island in the Andaman Islands, separated from Spike Island to the west and South Andaman to the south by narrow channels, about 500–600 m wide. Its area is 1.
W. Bryan Byrne, Palmetto Bluff's broker-in-charge, says the rules are intended to ensure the island's architecture maintains a traditional, Southern look and that residents don't build homes too large.
Which it does: serene views of Little Narragansett Bay and Block Island Sound, spotless white-sand beaches, and a newly rebuilt, grand inn atop a scenic bluff, the Ocean House, which for decades had stood as a neglected sentinel, a reminder of grander times past.
