【Abstract】 Along with the enhancement of the economic strength, and theraise of the enterprises’ competitive power, the Chinese enterprisesalso start "going out", to invest outside the country. This fits in with thetenor of the acting strategy of economic globalization; also it isadvantageous to the reasonable disposition resources, optimizesindustrial structure, breaks trade protection barrier, brings aboutsustainable development of the economy and enhances theinternational competition ability of Chinese enterprises.
