方法:采用回顾性分析方法,将中南大学湘雅二医院2005.1-2008.12确诊的52例克罗恩病的病例资料进行分析,按照中华医学会消化病学分会制定的炎症性肠病诊断治疗规范的共识意见进行诊断,分析其临床特征、实验室检查、影像学检查、内镜检查和组织病理学的表现,同时与国内外的临床资料进行对比。
