The aim of this project was to study basigin expression in rat uterus during early pregnancy and estrus cycle, and its regulation under pseudopregnancy, delayed implantation, artificial decidualization and steroid treatment by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.
本实验以大鼠为材料，利用原位杂交和免疫组化方法检测了basigin基因在大鼠早期妊娠、发情周期子宫中的表达；并利用假孕、延迟着床、人工蜕膜化及卵巢切除等模型研究basigin基因在大鼠子宫中的表达与调节。
