compares the previous researches of the concept of copyright with this study to state the significance of it, reviews literature from four aspects,pointing out the significance of these background knowledge to this study, explains two main theoretical tools of the study,they are,the academic field and reflexive sociology theory of Bourdieu's and four core concepts of this study ,they are, copyright, copyright habitus, quantitative evaluation system, Journal symbolic capital.then it introduces the two main method of the study ,in the end ,it gives the information of the social sciences and humanities departments of the two universities surveyed and its academic evaluation system.
