Methods: 1. Primary rat skeletal muscle satellite cell was cultivated in vitro. The cultured cells were identified with cellular immunochemical stain.
方法：1体外分离培养大鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞，免疫组化鉴定骨骼肌卫星细胞并检测其纯度。
Results: Thedielectric response of the skeletal muscle cells from normal rat showed dependence of frequency, discrepancy in orientation, and two characteristic frequencies.
结果：正常大鼠骨骼肌细胞介电响应具有频率依存性，存在方向性差异，其介电弛豫现象表现为两个特征频率。
