Systematic and full-course health education was given to100outpatients receiving chemotherapy by portable infusion pump,the contents including psychological guidance,knowledge education,self-protection of local vein and diet instruction,etc. The results showed that it could increase patients realization of chemotherapeutic pump,relieve local toxic reaction,reduce venous leakage,elevate quality of life and help to complete chemotherapy schemes successfully.
