The study of villager autonomy is a focus of the academia in recent years . This paper observes this question in terms of sociology, with Lipset\'s view of economic development and democratic relation as the theoretical foundation, based on the field investigation in the willow village of Hubei —One weak resource and economy backward village, in order to verify the economic factor impact on villager autonomy, and on this basis , review villager autonomy system , put forward the solution to the question that its exists.
