At the hearing with the specialmaster, AMD's lawyers said Intel employees with some of the best knowledge of the allegations in AMD's suit--including Otellini, Chairman CraigBarrettCraig Barrett and worldwide head of sales and marketing SeanMaloneySean Maloney--were not complying with directives to preserve their messages.
